The Neuro Enhance Network

Explore the depths of the mind using virtual reality and authentic human connection in our tailor made workshops.

Neuro Enhance Network

NEN is dedicated to nurturing and utilising the unique talents and abilities of neurodiverse individuals — building a more capable and diverse workforce.

34% of Australia's neurodivergent community are currently unemployed and many more struggle to function day to day. Our purpose is to change that.

We design and deliver tailored educational programs and workshops to foster and promote the confidence to employ and retain neurodiverse individuals.

Using universal design principles to develop systems, implement technology and educate people to improve communities, workplaces and homes for neurodiverse people and those around them.

Our approach

Our innovative approach involves integrating contemporary understanding of neurological variations with traditional wisdom that values individual differences. This approach recognises that neurodiverse individuals—those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological conditions—have unique strengths and perspectives that have always been part of the human tapestry.

By combining cutting-edge research on the brain, modern technology, and time-honoured educational practices, we aim to emphasise respect for all learners, of all levels.

NEN creates inclusive environments that celebrate diversity of thinking and learning. This fusion not only enriches the educational experience for neurodiverse students but also fosters a more compassionate and comprehensive view of intelligence and success in our society.

Discover neurodiverse high performance

Neuro Enhance Network envisions a workplace where neurodiverse workflows are enhanced and optimised. We strive to set a standard for excellence in harnessing the unique capabilities of neurodiverse individuals across a broad array of employment sectors.

NEN provides tailored programs designed for high-performing teams in sectors such as the IT and Tech industries, Defence, Government and trailblazing start-ups. These sectors have proven neurodiversity can be a secret weapon.

Tailored Workshops and Programs

Participants in NEN’s Understanding Neurodiversity and Psychosocial Disability workshops will gain a thorough comprehension of these conditions through an immersive and interactive co-designed approach.

Designed by Dr Kieran Stewart, PhD. MA Ed.  B.A. Hons. (UCLA/WSU), the workshops equip participants with the knowledge to identify and understand various neurodivergent and psychosocial conditions, honing workplace inclusivity skills and effective communication strategies.

NEN workshops are facilitated in group settings in workplaces, education centres, and schools. We offer individualised programs and career coaching sessions as well as tailored online learning programs.

Online and In-person workshops
